         For a variety of reasons, the company feels sorry for having failed to issue the Wuzhou Cash Card on time. Hereby it is to note that the long-anticipated Wuzhou Cash Card, Platinum VISA Card, China Wuzhou Cash Card and Unionpay Platinum VISA Card have been fully launched, and cash withdrawal is available now.
Instructions for cards:
     First, the function of Wuzhou Cash Card is that after transferred the balance in your Wuzhou account to the Wuzhou Cash Card, you can transfer the cash in your Wuzhou Cash Card to any of your private bank account.
    Second, you can transfer the cash in your Wuzhou Cash Card to Platinum VISA Card, Unionpay Platinum VISA Card. You can use this card to withdraw $800 at once on the ATM machine, to withdraw cash the bank counter and to pay global shopping by card.
    Third, for dealer to apply for Wuzhou Cards, the following conditions should be met:
        a. ID verification- Pass
        b. Dealer Agreement- Pass
        c.48h Refund Agreement- Pass
        d.US Overseas Tax Form- Pass（W8BEN & W8ECI）
        e.US Tax Form- Pass（W9）
Only if the above conditions are met, the dealer is able to apply for Wuzhou Cash Card.

Wuzhounet.com Policy on Purchasing Higher-Priced Packages

After purchasing one of Company’s business marketing packages, if a dealer decides to pay extra to change to a higher-prices package, Company’s policy on the change request is outlinedbelow:
1.If a dealer chose the 50% option for re-consumption at the time of purchasing original package, the dealer is allowed to switch to a higher-priced package by paying extra at any time.
2.If a dealer chose the 100% option for re-consumption at the time of purchasing original package, the dealer is allowed to switch to a higher-priced package only if the request is submitted within seven (7) days of original package purchase.
3.The adjustment of recommendation reward for the direct up-line dealer due to the package change will be 50% of the difference in regularrecommendation rewards between the two packages.

These advertisements can not only benefit alldealers, they will also enhance Company visibility as well as profit.  With the extra profit, Company will be able to pay additional year-end profit-sharing for dealers, and also allowthe Company to take one giant step towards the big goalof listing on US stock market.As long as most dealers can participate in the new program to be provided by the Company, this will be a win-win situation for all dealers and Company. Please note that, in most cases, one computer (one IP address) can only receive one coupon from each advertisement. Right now most programs are for US residents only, however, we will continue working on bringing in advertisements for other countries.
